IPOWER has immediate openings for professional, enthusiastic Sales and Technical Support Representatives. As a Sales and Technical Support Representative with IPOWER you will receive incoming calls from our existing customer base and will not be required to make cold calls.

• Troubleshoot telephone and/or email inquiries in the technical support queue.
• Perform appropriate and timely troubleshooting of technical issues.
• Meet performance standards set by the department, number of calls/sales.
• Provide accurate technical solutions in an effort to resolve each issue upon the 1st call.
• Work with customers to describe and products and/or services, in order to persuade potential and current customers to renew or purchase products and/or services.

• One full year experience with Inbound Sales and/or Technical Support in a high volume fast paced environment.
• Strong customer service and tele-sales skills
• Experienced with Web Based & Applications & Windows,
• Knowledge and understanding of Domain registration, and basic understanding of web browsers.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment
• Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving and decision making skills

Several shifts available that start as early as 6am and 7am!!! Flexibility for weekends and holidays required.

Salary is $13/hour plus commission structure and benefits.
